Poetry

Chance
Sometimes I wonder how my life would look different if I had the chance to know my sister and to have her in my life. So, I wrote this poem about the guilt that comes with grieving someone you were meant to look after.
Polaroid
Always struggling with time management because your brain physically won't let you do what you need to is one trait of ADHD I find especially hard to manage, so I wrote this poem.

Sunset
I wrote this poem lying in my bed, watching my room get dark, hoping the sun wouldn't set.
Crushed
Anxiety comes in many different forms, most of the time mine comes in waves of uneasy gut feelings, but this poem is about the feeling of being completely overwhelmed to the point of paralysis.

Brick by brick
A poem I wrote about feeling as though your only choice is to keep it together even when all you want to do is give up.
Belong
The beauty of falling into a routine in which you belong.
